What to do If...

You select a race, but just get a race token and not the race?

If this happens, please just select a different race, and then select the one you wanted.

You changed your race but are still hovering.

Simply relog. If this doesn't work, please contact a staff member.

​

You try to join, but keep getting kicked for flying.

This is an error. Please contact staff so we can fix it for you!

​

You have speed/night vision/etc and want to get rid of it.

If this is the case, simply drink a bucket of milk. The effect will be gone until you relog.

A player is breaking the rules but there are no staff online.

If this happens, please take screenshots of the rule breaking, the person's username, and anything else you'd like to include for proof, and submit them in the forms or contact us sections. If it is a dire situation, please ping @staff in the discord!

A staff member is breaking the rules.

If this happens, please tell another staff member or report it in the forms section!

​

You find a glitch that is repeatable and affects other players as well.

If this happens, please tell a staff member or report it in the contact us section!

Someone is harassing you and won't leave you alone.

If this happens, please take screenshots and then tell a staff member or send the screenshots in a report in the forms sections.

Someone is being inappropriate or soliciting explicit things.

You are stuck in the ground or in the void.

Someone is interrupting your rp.
